Who are these pages for?
Senior living community teams hosting prospective residents, adult children, family members and caregivers. Use a community open house, lunch & learn or community experience design.
What information does the registration form collect?
Name and email are required. Organizers can show or hide party size and the option to decline. These forms are for attendance; they do not request medical or care information.
Can I help guests book a community visit?
Yes. Add your existing HTTPS visit-booking link and button wording to the registration confirmation. RSVP4Events records event attendance; appointment availability and scheduling are handled by the service you link to.
Can I customize follow-up or get marketing help?
You can customize the on-page confirmation. Automated email follow-up and CRM syncing are not included. Optional creative and campaign services can be requested from Add-ons & services in the organizer experience.
Is it free to build and publish?
Yes. Your free account includes three active free event pages, ten templates, basic RSVPs and a shareable RSVP4Events link. Archive an older page when you need room for another. No credit card is required.
How long does my page stay online?
Free hosting is included through 30 days after your event. Save drafts, edit your details and publish updates from your account. All event times currently use Eastern Time.
Can I get help promoting my event?
You can request a Promotion Kit, Campaign Launch or Ongoing Promotion from your event’s Add-ons & services screen. Requests are reviewed separately; advertising spend is separate. A request does not activate a service or take payment. Live paid checkout is not enabled.
